Hi! We’re the Keddingtons…
Let us introduce ourselves… We’re Chad & Kelsey Keddington and we’ve been raising our children in the Salt Lake Valley for almost a decade! Chad hails from this great state but Kelsey is a Midwestern girl that fell in love with a western boy and the rest is history. Oliver, Ivy, and Emilia are our pride and joy and Keddington Dwellings is our family legacy.
From our very first home in the Twin Cities in Minnesota to now, our love for design, craftsmanship, and creating dwelling places for families to find a haven of peace and refuge has grown in to what we see now within Keddington Dwellings.

A bit of our background
Chad began learning the trades as a child through the legacy of amazing tradesmen in his family. He really is a jack-of-all-trades and specializes in custom carpentry and design. Whether you need a custom furniture piece, built-ins of any kind, a room renovation, or custom scenic experience installations for an event, he’s your guy!
Kelsey is a creative in every sense of the word. She grew up in a family of creatives- her mother’s side of the family are seamstresses, floral designers, and tradesmen, and her father’s side are musicians, dancers, and entrepreneurs. With a background in event planning, bridal consulting, and home & floral design, she is dedicated to creating beauty and inspiration in every project.
